  1/19/2016 @ 12:15 pm. I just left the counter of this Starbucks and I'm very disappointed in the way I was treated. I could tell the lady at the register was fairly new because she had to ask questions about how to fix the price because she under charged me. They fixed it, but still under what normally pay. I decided not to ask them to fix it again, I'd just give them a bigger tip. Moving on... I simply asked for a coating of caramel in my drink on the inside of my cup. Instead, I got a tiny little drizzle in the cup. I asked again if I could please have a coating in my cup. The lady refused. She said that she was being generous as it was and that they didn't charge me for it. I said I would pay for it. She said that it would be the same thing. She didn't understand what a coating was. I asked her to think of a painted wall. Is there a drizzle of paint or a coating? She didn't know how to answer that. So I walked away and purchased caramel in the Kroger that Starbucks happens to be in and fixed it myself. This lady needs educated in simple terminologies before dealing with future customers. I feel bad for her. And I didn't leave any tip.
